The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Site Manager at Yew Tree Primary School, Dukinfield.

Details about the role:
To start in September 2026
This role is a permanent contract at 36 hours per week – split over two shifts.
Yew Tree Primary are seeking a professional individual who:
Has good working knowledge of facility management
Is hard working, flexible and proactive and will keep our school site safe and promote good housekeeping
Can use their own initiative and work independently
Has practical maintenance and DIY skills
Has good understanding or willing to undertake training in Health and Safety procedures as they relate to school premises, Fire Safety Law and COSHH regulations
Has the ability to carry out effective risk assessments
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is able to liaise with external contractors and organise schedules of work
Has the ability to manage day to day cleaning staff.
